This was a wonderful project to bring to life. 🪚 Oak living room cabinetry made to the customer’s design. 👌 Full-extension drawers with soft-close runners, and recessed LED strips inside the cupboards that light up when opened. The glazed section features remotely controlled RGBW lighting, with each cabinet controlled separately to create just the right atmosphere. Climbing holds serve as handles, each one unique. It is so comfortable, but it has worn out.” “Of course, and I will make a wooden base instead of the metal one.” And so this bench came to life. It is so comfortable that I kept the measurements, so you can try one too. 🙌 I may even make one for home. Would you like one?

Window boxes in autumn colours. 🍁🍂 Massaranduba and larch, finished with a clear protective oil stain to resist weather and bring out the wood’s colour and texture. Perfect with heather, though the possibilities are endless. 🙌🎨🌱

On safari in Africa, I brought back a small piece of ebony cut for me by our guide. Later, on the beach, I traded for a piece of mahogany with a local fisherman who was repairing his boat.

I joined the two pieces of wood and made myself a board.

A memory to last a lifetime. 👌
