Withdrawal from the contract and returns<\/h2>\n

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must clearly inform us of your decision within this period, for example by email to info@truhlarnapodbrdy.cz<\/a>. Simply refusing delivery is not sufficient.<\/p>\n

Send the goods back, or hand them over by prior arrangement, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Pack the goods securely to prevent damage in transit.<\/p>\n

You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. The consumer is liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond this extent. The original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

We will refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive delivery option offered, within 14 days of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the customer\u2019s individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as non-standard sizes or personal engraving. The fact that a standard product is made only after an order is placed does not automatically exclude this right.<\/p>\n

Model withdrawal notice<\/h2>\n

This form is optional; you may use any other clear statement of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Complaints about defective goods<\/h2>\n

Contact us by email, phone or at the seller\u2019s address to make a complaint. Include your order number, a description of the defect and your preferred remedy, and attach photographs if possible. We will agree a safe way to return or hand over the product.<\/p>\n

When you make a complaint, we will issue confirmation stating the date, a description of the defect and the requested remedy. We will resolve the complaint, including remedying the defect, and inform you of the outcome without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest unless we agree a longer period with you.<\/p>\n

Rights relating to defective goods do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use or maintenance, or natural characteristics of wood that do not constitute defects. Variations in grain, shade and colour are normal in a natural material.<\/p>\n
